Stacey R. Blaylock, MSW, LCSW

Director, Oral Roberts University of Social Work Program


Stacey R. Blaylock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), educator, and clinical consultant with extensive experience in behavioral health, social work education, and program development. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in 2012 and her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Oral Roberts University in 2011. Licensed since 2016, she has served as an Board Approved Agency Supervisor since 2019.

Stacey currently serves as the Director of the Social Work Program and Assistant Professor of Social Work at Oral Roberts University, where she provides academic and professional advisement to baccalaureate students.

In addition to her academic work, she consults with organizations on clinical program design, curriculum development, and evidence-based training for behavioral health professionals. Her clinical experience includes work as a Behavioral & Mental Health Therapist providing telehealth services across Oklahoma and as a Trauma Social Worker, where she provided crisis intervention, case management, and support to patients and families experiencing complex medical and traumatic situations.

A committed leader in the profession, Stacey served as President of the National Association of Social Workers–Oklahoma Chapter and as a member of the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers. She continues to contribute through board service, professional presentations, and community engagement focused on strengthening ethical practice, professional wellness, and innovative social work education.
